14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Specialists, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
How to request a refund
Email us at contact@creativeflarestudio.com within 14 days of your purchase, including the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt details. We will review and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within [X] business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Digital products
The Specialists are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. While digital products are often non-returnable, we honour the 14-day money-back guarantee described above. We may decline refund requests that fall outside the 14-day window or that show evidence of abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product).
Agency / Resell License
The same 14-day guarantee applies to the Agency / Resell License. Once you have used the resale rights to redistribute or sell the Specialists to a third party, those distributed copies are not refundable.
