These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the 70 AI Specialists for Claude and related packs ("the Specialists" or "the product") offered by CreativeFlares ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
The Specialists are digital files, including installable Claude skills, prompt libraries, and reference documents, delivered to you after purchase. They are designed to install into the Claude application and require your own compatible, paid Claude account from Anthropic, which is not included in your purchase.
2. License to use
- Standard packs (for example, the Marketing Pack and the Full Pack): you receive a non-exclusive license to use and edit the Specialists for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files.
- Agency / Resell License: in addition to standard use, you may rebrand, white-label, and resell the Specialists to your own customers and use them in client work. You may not resell or transfer the resale rights themselves, and you may not represent the product as your own original methodology where doing so would be misleading.
The exact rights granted depend on the pack you purchase.
3. Intellectual property
All content in the product remains the intellectual property of CreativeFlares, except for the rights expressly granted to you under your license. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the product to you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the product for any unlawful purpose, and (except under the Agency / Resell License) not to redistribute, resell, or share the files. You are responsible for how you use any output generated with the Specialists.
5. No affiliation with Anthropic
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. This product is independently created and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic. You are responsible for maintaining your own Claude account and complying with Anthropic's terms.
6. Disclaimers
The product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, income, performance, or outcomes from using the Specialists. Output generated by AI tools should be reviewed by you before use, particularly in regulated fields such as legal, medical, or financial services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreativeFlares will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state]. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its date. Your continued use of the product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
